When did it suddenly become cool to hate everything? It's a growing problem, especially in the entertainment world, and no one benefits from an increasingly hard to please, pessimistic audience.

Critiques
While the shading itself looks pretty good, I think it could use a slightly darker finish towards the "shadow area", if you see what I mean, creating a bit more contrast from the light to the dark.
The eyes don't really look like eyes if you ask me, the way they're shaded, it's more like indentations or something like that. I think they ought to either be a lot darker, to have the sort of tard-look to them or something, or perhaps white, to make it look like wide open eyes, sorta like: o_o
The shape of the tongue also bothers me a bit. I really don't like the way it has a sort of fat blob at the end of it, it makes it look odd to me, somewhat like a frogs tongue or something.
In my opinion, the hands could also be a little bigger. They're very small compared to the size of the rest of the emoticon.
Lastly, the addition of some kind of wobble to the animation, like perhaps just a slight up and down movement of the board and emote while it's on the board, while the wheels themselves stay stationary, as if it's moving along the ground, would add a sense of movement to the whole thing, which is somewhat ascent as it is right now.
I hope you can take some things from my critique and that you don't think it's too mean. This is a lovely piece, but I think it could be improved.
