Luigi's not high

ohmygosh teheheh this is my first critique, soo..

Vision, love the orange shading on the nose and cheeks, they go well with the cream colour of his skin,really good contrasting! his eyes are so funny, i like how vacant they are, and the fact that one's smaller than another, and the shiny green is a nice effect.

Originality, well, this isn't the ONLY time where a Mario brother is decipted as "high" but your's is top-notch on that!

Technique, nice shading/highlighting on various parts, love the speech baloon, and in the mushroom it says UP! i like that!

Impact, overal AMAZING! the highlights, effects, everything!
