I really love how you recreate this cute little pig, the roundness of the body makes it look chubby and funny. The tail, ears, nose look great and the blue eyes can be well noticed over the baby pink colour you picked for colouring your pig. The animation is simple but well made and well though especially cause the loop works well and it really seems that the pig is running.
I think there's just one thing that you could fix as I think it wasn't wanted (and that it has been probably created after you exported the image in gif format), and it's that white pixel that run all over the pig body. I think that if you fix that small pixel issue the avatar would be perfect!
